Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>The LRSN_AllRoads feature class is an Esri Roads and Highways Network (or more generically a Linear Referencing Method) that represents all public roads in California, including state highways.</span></p><p><span>LRSN_AllRoads serves as the state's All Roads Network of Linear Referenced Data (ARNOLD) and meets this Federal Highways Administration (FHWA) requirement.</span></p><p><span>Additionally, LRSN_AllRoads is the Linear Referencing Method that supports the majority of business data that are not necessarily referenced to the Caltrans Postmile System (in other words, these data can be on roads that are not part of the state highway system). This currently includes all of the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS).</span></p><p><span>Each route is fully represented by a Primary alignment; any divided routes have an additional Secondary alignment for those divided sections. State highways always have full Secondary alignments.</span></p></div></div></div>
