Service Description: The data was created by combining Right-of-Way CAD files (dark blue line) and digitizing georeferenced maps with an approximate assessor parcel for no-map areas (green line). The data has different qualities based on the reference data and is divided into 2 groups, CAD (with an accuracy of 4 feet, Survey and soft conversion) and raster (with an accuracy within 9 feet, digitizing existing maps and assessor parcels). The data gets updated constantly from any changes to recorded parcels, new maps, disposing of parcels, etc.
