Description: As part of the Transportation System Network Replacement Project (TSNR), Highway Inventory module data migration, it was determined Caltrans would be utilizing Rizing’s Intersection Manager (IM) product to create and manage intersection data. Because Caltrans is using Roads and Highways (R&H) and maintains the AllRoads and Postmile networks together in R&H, the system provides translation tools to derive the Postmile value at the intersection points using the AllRoads LRS information. Methodology - The source of data is a combination of Caltrans Roads and Highways (R&H), the AllRoads and Postmile networks together in R&H. This is implemented by creating a process to populate the Postmile values onto the DOT-maintained Intersection detailed dataset.
