This data is marked in points at the locations/offices of every applicant. Each point in this feature class is based on the most simple latitudes and longitudes available for the areas involved. Every row of data corresponds to a different transportation project, and they include the title of the project, the name of the applicant, the name of the location of said applicant, how much their project cost, and what category of project was applicable (e.g. Sustainable Communities Competitive or Strategic Partnerships).
